The system features a speaking timer and timed speaking function, supporting dynamic display of speaking time, and allowing for the setting of a countdown for speaking time. The frequency response can reach 20Hz-20KHz. It has three color indicators: red for normal speaking, green for VIP unit speaking, and yellow for numbered status. It supports “daisy-chain” connection and offers eight meeting modes including quantity limitation, first-in-first-out, last-in-first-out, chairperson permission (application to speak), voice-activated start, time-limited speaking, queued speaking, and free discussion.

The limit on the number of speakers is 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9, with no limit for chairpersons and VIPs, and no limit in free discussion mode, allowing all to be activated. It uses digital ID addressing. It supports video tracking and can connect to 150 chairperson units, with a dedicated chairperson mode and three levels of access rights. It supports online application to modify unit identities, allowing for the reconfiguration and allocation of chairperson, VIP, and delegate identities.

The system has an automatic detection function that can identify the number of online chairperson, VIP, and delegate units, providing a clear view of the system’s operational status. It also has a “hot swapping” feature with power on the line, supporting automatic fault detection and rapid location without affecting the operation of other devices.
